In the last few weeks, essentially since Boris Johnson became Prime Minister, politics in the UK has never moved so fast…. That fast in fact that by the time I’ve typed this article, it will likely be out of date.
Labour are celebrating victory in the Peterborough By-Election, seeing off the Brexit Party by 683 votes. There should be a second by-election, obviously.
The Labour Party has descended into total farce in the past 48 hours, especially as it transpires that Alistair Campbell might now be re-instated as a member.
I can’t say it comes as a complete surprise about Alistair Campbell. But for someone that is more Labour than Jeremy Corbyn, one must consider exactly where the Labour Party is going??
With all of the of the results in, UKIP are all but wiped out in the UK local elections 2018. Tories and Labour hold their own, and the Lib Dems start to recover ground.
